"We aim to make the world a better place by creating a greener environment. This is why we have created an environmentally conscious, sustainable solution with which you can neutralize your own and your company’s carbon footprint."
Following the 2020 debut of Treemighty, corporations and all other economic enterprises are given the opportunity to neutralize their carbon footprint via a consciously sustainable, professional and legitimate approach.
A word from usThanks to the expertise behind us, we grow our street trees with state-of-the-art technologies and hand them over with a wrapped root ball, so they can be planted at any time, with a 100% survival guarantee.
Treemighty's tree planting program provides a clearly measurable and complete green program for large companies and SMEs who care about their environmental impact. Our team is highly dedicated to our mission. It is a key factor for us that our service is not only a fashionable activity for our partners in line with the growing "green trends", but rather a professional initiative in every aspect. As such, we place great emphasis on utilizing varieties with high tolerance to drought, pollution and low quality marginal soils, thus addressing the complexity of the mission at hand.
Our partner, Silvanus Forestry has been present in the Hungarian and European market for more than 30 years, focusing on the breeding of fast growing varieties, industrial wood production plantations and ornamental tree production. It is due to this experience that our micro-propagated Black Locust ‘Turbo Obelisk’ variety and White Willow ‘Corvinus’ cuttings maintain their fast growth and outstanding genetic characteristics. They are also capable of absorbing nearly twice as much carbon dioxide as their common varieties.
We all want to do something for a more liveable, greener future. Instead of grand slogans, we offer a concrete and measurable programme. Let’s plant trees, and forests, together! We take care of the sites, the professional background and the quality of execution.
Assessment of corporate needs, planning and calculation of CO2 sequestered by the planted trees.
Treemighty trees are donated and planted on government owned land, through communal planting and team building events, thus ensuring that the Hungarian society becomes the primary beneficiary.
We summarize the activity and achievements of our partners through detailed Treemighty marketing materials.
Conscious and Sustainable
The trees planted by us are not planted on our own land. It is vital for both our and our partners’ mission that the benefits of planting can be enjoyed first hand by society, and therefore our trees are donated to governments all around Hungary.
The trees donated may be used for city roadside planting as well as forest belts to surround cities and towns all around the country, therefore ensuring that the Hungarian society becomes the primary beneficiary.
The ‘Corvinus’ White Willow and ‘Turbo Obelisk’ Black Locust varieties are capable of sequestering up to twice as much CO2 as their common varieties.
The outstanding benefits of the varieties bred by Silvanus Forestry have been compared to the carbon dioxide emissions of an average passenger car, according to the latest European Union data.
Based on these calculations we can conclude that in 15 years, a single tree planted with Treemighty is capable of absorbing the carbon emissions emitted by an everyday car over the course of 5388 km.
